Refund policy
We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at admin@blossomvive.com.au with a photo of the item and your order number. We will assess the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.
Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the transaction.
