All orders are packed and shipped from our Melbourne studio with care. We aim to make every delivery as simple and reliable as the flowers themselves.

Processing Time

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel leaves our studio.

Shipping Rates

• Flat rate: $9.95 Australia-wide
• Free shipping: on orders over $120

We currently deliver within Australia only.

Estimated Delivery

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: 5–9 business days

Packaging

Each stem is carefully wrapped and boxed to protect its shape during transit. All packaging is recyclable or reusable where possible.
